I hope you are all enjoying your start to the summer! Remember, training for B-CC HS cross country this fall is already underway. You should be running and logging your miles all summer long. Log your summer miles here: mileage database. Please only list miles you run. Please enter zero if you run zero. It’s ok for adjustments to the training plan, as needed, with your summer schedule, but the best way to get better at running is to run. Please take it slowly and ensure that your summer base of miles is built up very gradually and slowly. This means, pacing, miles per day, and number of runs per week. When in doubt do a little less, but make sure to get out the door to run.
