KEEPING HYDRATED IS IMPORTANT!

It is important to stay hydrated, especially during pre-season. Drink, drink, drink water often during preseason especially before coming to practice.

Make sure as a student-athlete you have plenty of WATER for practice.

But that is not enough, you should be hydrating all day and know the urine colors for healthy water levels.

REMEMBER if you are thirsty you are already dehydrated!
